Bathroom stall lock issue

This past weekend my friends and I attended grafters on Saturday to watch the rugby world cup final. As the night progressed, I realized I needed to go the bathroom. And in the bathroom there are two stalls. One that's lock is fine to use and is always occupied and then there's the other that's closest to the door. Now, I understand that people are in a hurry to watch the game but when a bathroom stall is locked, it is known that it is occupied and it is disrespectful to kick the door open while someone is busy using it. What's worse is, this happened to me the weekend before too. Please fix your 2nd bathroom stalls latch as it is an invasion of privacy. The woman that kicked my door open twice last night didn't even have the decency to apologise to me.
