DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT: Faulty and Poor Products and Worst After Sale Management
Grafton And Everest Has the worst after sale service. I bought a day bed from them and within the period of a year or so the frame keeps breaking, this is the 4th time they need to have it repaired. I asked them to replace the unit as its clearly a fault unit and the repairs are not being done well, however they refusing to have it replaced/refunded but they just want repair it assess it and repair it. This is the worst service I've had. I've bought a cheaper Gomma Gomma couch and that one is still standing strong.
I am going to take this up with an ombudsman.
