DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT: Faulty and Poor Products and Worst After Sale Management Grafton And Everest Has the worst after sale service. I bought a day bed from them and within the period of a year or so the frame keeps breaking, this is the 4th time they need to have it repaired. I asked them to replace the unit as its clearly a fault unit and the repairs are not being done well, however they refusing to have it replaced/refunded but they just want repair it assess it and repair it. This is the worst service I've had. I've bought a cheaper Gomma Gomma couch and that one is still standing strong. I am going to take this up with an ombudsman.
Im going to take you guys to the consumer commision or the ombudsman for terrible customer service and a incompetent accounts department. #DONT support telkom. We need to start a movement to get everyone to use other ISP's because of there **** service and who doesnt have a accounts department to answer customer queries when they stuff up your account! For 3 damn months we have been wasting time trying to get them to correct my account. #BOYCOTTTELKOM
