Worst experiece ever,im a home baker..i have a defy fairly new model stove and oven free standing unit..i wish i could give 0 rating ,grahams service is absolutely disgusting .the team that collected my stove were top notch,very friendly and helpfull..as for the in store team ,please ppl do not support this business.my switch burnt on my stove ,i ordered the new switch from grahams which i payed almost R500 for,ok cool..my husband could not fit it and we called grahams.the collected it,1 week past we called,any updates ?no we just received the diagram to fit the switch..okay cool ,2nd week we called again a couple of times with a promise from them to call back which they never ever once did..3 rd week passed,we called again,nothing yet..no calls no updates ..so on saturday going in to week 4 my husband called again ,and the technician got irritated because we keep calling .please bare in mind,this is my bread n butter,which i told rudy the guy that came to inspect .this was al together a 6 week saga going back n forth only to be told come collect it we cannot fix it..so my husband went to go fetch it,and geuss what,they had the audacity to still demand us to pay R460 for collection i assume .as you can imagine my frustration with thr non chalant attitude if im not a paying customer.thats seriously how i felt.im sharing my experience and hoping they will improve their service delivery .
