Poorest service! I purchased a Volkswagen polo from Graham and then had a head gasket go after tests were done at Silverton radiators. Eventually I canceled the deal and theh car was returned. I then purchased a Hyundai Grand I10, but before doing so, I test drove it. Jarred, the owners son, handed me the keys and I took it for a drive. When I returned, I advised Jarred the clutch could be faulty as te gears are sticky and the hand break felt loose. He said he would address this with David, the salesman. This was never done. The vehicle was delivered to EL and this is when the issues started. The car struggled to go into neutral every morning and we booked it into car service city. They advised the clutch cable had been adjusted to its max and that it had to be replaced. Our warranty refused to cover it and I then contacted Gralin. Graham advised he wont pay for it even though the issue was raised with Jarred that didnt raise the concerns with the salesman. If you want serious problems, purchase a car from Gralin Auto. David will go above and beyond for you, if only the owners had the same view. Graham, you wont respond to this but people will never stop hearing from me. Your son needs to learn the importance of word of mouth, perhaps you should too. A little goes a long way. I hope to hear from you in some way or another. The only vehicle I havent had problems with is the Hilux that I bought through you, but not from you. This makes a person wonder as to what else you hide on your stand.
