Extremely Poor Customer Service

Purchased an RC from these folks for my son's 9th birthday and it only worked for 3 days. Took the RC back and was told that they would need to order parts, contradicting the counter salesman who recommended that I purchase this particular model as they had ample spares. Its been 2 weeks now and I called to find out what is happening, spoke to the owner and I insisted an "Out of Box" failure exchange for a new unit as the unit was not even 4 days old, his reply is a simple "no". He was rude on the phone and said I must wait until the parts arrive which he had no ETA for. The first & last time I purchase from this store.
