NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE

NEVER EVER GO THERE If I could have not given a star I would have. Bought a Christmas train set last year February for the grandkids at cost of R2895.00, tested when I got home and worked fine, packed away and at christmas took it out, set up under the tree and does not work. Took it back and get told sorry only a 7 day guarantee (which they do not tell you when you purchase the train) and we cannot do anything for you. After arguing they finally relent to test the train, three weeks later get a call - Sorry it is not the transponder which is covered under a warranty apparently but the train itself which is not covered under a warranty. To send it back to the manufacturer will cost R5000 or you can come in and buy another train. I will never go back there again as I am now sitting with a train set that I cannot use and I will never ever refer anyone to go there and I will put this up on all social platforms that I can
