I've been going to Grandwest since it opened. All of the reviews are accurate and true. Gambling is bad people, try and Sugarcoat it with job creation etc. What lives were we living before all this devil worship. Each time you enter that place and gamble, you entering Satan's domain. Stop ruining your lives, go spend that time with your family. Take that R1000 10 100 thousand and take your family to the ****** beach or something. Make a difference, the world needs you helping them, your families needs you. Stay away and watch Grandwest close down.

Well, there are only one thing to say about this industry and it's obviously *****!!!! My personal experiences and myself being witness as well to this *****!!! taking place, whereby the technical control room was opened and what I saw shocked the living daylights of me, because the technicians will change the winning chart of being to receive payouts to much less of scoring as a winning combinations to win. I will strongly advise to investigate these types of ***** of any business especially GRAND WEST CASINO!!!

Just checking to see if it is just me or what. Try calling, never an answer, ask the employees on the floor and at the place you get your MVG card, is there a draw on a day I am there, everyone says ask someone else. The situation at the bar is not good, actually seems to have gotten worse, never enough assistants, because 1 transaction takes so long, because of the handing in the MVG card for the discount, that in itself a long process.

Good day i am extremely disappointed at the treatment received at grandwest casino entrance I was stopped by the ops manager informed me that no teenagers are aloud he did not explain to me what was happening and requested me to turn around I drove 2 hours to grandwest to be turned around I contacted grandwest telephonically and spoke to liezel she was very vague and explained to me the place was full and there was alot of events going on and that's the reason for not allowing teenagers and then I decided to stand about 5 mins at the entrance and noticed that white teenagers were aloud to enter with there parents it would also have been common ccourtesy to contact the MVG cardholder to inform them that no teenagers are aloud the arrogant ops DANIEL informed me that they have the right to admission and does not need to provide any explanation as a MVG member I'm very disappointed at the poor costumer service I would've respected from world class company as you say you are to atleast have been provided with a reasonable explanation as to why I was turned around

Private security for parking bays. I was invited to grandwest for birthday party at the quarter deck restaurant. I was late and parked. It was dark already. After the party I returned to find my car wheel clamped. I called security who was nearby to know why my wheel was clamped. Security informed me I had parked in disable zone and need to pay fine of R250. I argued about the disable signage. Only disable marking on the ground and not able to see it easily. No signage board was displayed. He then referred to go pay inside the casino. Ok I agreed to pay inside R250. When I want to pay with my phone I was not allowed because cashier only accept cash or pay with physical card. At this point I was frustrated. I demanded to speak to manager and explained my situation and pointed out about no disable notice board displayed infront of each disable parking which he admit and should be rectified. Meanwhile so many cars parked in disable parking which did displayed the disabled sticker. Security informed and the drivers realized it's disable parking. Is it legal to issue fines on private property?

I am so disappointed apparently I won 5000 in a wednesday draw I was not even there and I did not activate my tickets to partake in the draw? Is grandwest adding people to the draws who they know are not there to make up their quota to be able to make the draw happen? Beware people are we winning when we are not even at grandwest is someone else able to activate our card?

So last night I wanted to play R 500.00, I swipe my card then they told me they must do a Pre Auth on my Card as it is new procedure. I then won and wanted to cash out R 690.00 they gave me R 190 in Cash BUT Cancel the Pre Auth. Yet the R 500.00 is not reflecting in my Account as yet.

Dear Grandwest Yesterday my husband and I went on a date night and chose GW as our location Upon entering your establishment there was large groups of younger standing everywhere some where so drunk that they couldn't walk straight, shouting and swearing, there was vomit on the walkway🤢 and youngsters kissing and being explicit No security on-site to take control, I used to think GW was a safe site to visit, but after last night I am convinced you have lost control of your property and it's standards. When leaving, what looked like a group of primary school children where so drunk, fighting and broke the glass at the pay station with absolutely no security taking control Your quality has really gone down the tube
