I went to Builders Constantia, to check on an item I bought which was faulty. I was assisted by Nigel from the plumbing department. What a pleasure to be assisted by a professional who really went out of his way to assist me, going the extra mile to make sure that I was assisted, which I was. Thank you Nigel for the absolute professionalism Keep up the good work, you have renewed my faith in the company.
I went to the hospital because I had an issue with my samples, so I needed new containers to submit new ones. I was told that I must go to the no appointment clinic. On arrival there, a nurse came out to the waiting area. She asked what am I there for. I explained that and what a big story I got from her, I'm too late, must come early in the morning......, she informed me that she will get the containers for me. Safe to say, she did not return. Out stepped my guardian angel, Sister Williams. What a breath of fresh air. No stories this professional lady informed me where to go, what to ask for, which I did. I returned to her with what she needed, and voila, I was given my containers and was on my way. A professional of note. Keep up the good work Sister Williams, I an in awe of you, because I/we as the public have gotten used to mediocre service by public sector employees. I was battling with a chest infection. I was starting to struggle to breathe. I went to the hospital out of the blue, ie no appointment, first time going there. Receptionist, very courteous, and professional. I was seen to very quickly. I found the doctors and staff to be very efficient, especially in light of the fact that I was sent for an xray Thanks to all the staff and doctors.
I will take the responsibility for the experience that I have had with this company due to not checking/understanding their interest rate/s on their line of credit. I therefore would like to make the public aware of the pitfall. I have been paying more than my monthly payment required by the company. I have only checked my statement properly this month, and I was totally shocked. I was charged R224-90 interest for 1 month on a balance of R1173-32. I trust that the public will be wary of the credit pitfalls by this review.
I have reviewed this company, and the response was favorable, but they needed to know which branch it is. It is the Constantia branch in Capetown.
I have done a review on this company before. The issues that I made constructive criticisms have absolutely not improved, this is no exaggeration, every time I go there, I have to take an item or 2 for price verification to the information counter, very annoying when you are in an aisle far from the counter, like yesterday. Since Massmart has taken over, it's sometimes a shlep to find assistance, unlike before, you just walk into the store and an assistant comes to you almost immediately. Guys, please clean up your act
Just checking to see if it is just me or what. Try calling, never an answer, ask the employees on the floor and at the place you get your MVG card, is there a draw on a day I am there, everyone says ask someone else. The situation at the bar is not good, actually seems to have gotten worse, never enough assistants, because 1 transaction takes so long, because of the handing in the MVG card for the discount, that in itself a long process.
I was looking to buy a power tool, I saw one on special at Builders Warehouse. Bertolt and Kyle really helped me in purchasing the same machine I saw. A gentleman by the name of Gary is always willing to help, even if he is busy. Thanks guys, you will be seeing more of me in the store
This is not about Pick n Pay per se.i was looking for an item in the store, after 3 employees failed to assist me, I came across a lady packing shelves, her name is Miranda, what a humble lady. She helped me with such enthusiasm, professionalism and courtesy that I was blown away by her attitude. Humility, work ethic and customer service personified. Thank you Miranda for finding the item.
I am a new customer of this company. The professionalism by Ken is second to none. The turnaround time to process a quote is absolutely on point. Thanks Ken, keep up the good work, you guys are my go to people.
