“False Allegations and Alarm System Inactive”

My experience with Graphite Security has been extremely concerning and caused significant distress. In March 2026, a responding officer (Charlie 7) attended an incident at our property and provided information to SAPS that was inaccurate and unverified, which led to my detention despite being sober. The situation was handled unprofessionally, causing trauma. I later discovered that our armed response services had been terminated without notice, and our monitored alarm system was inactive at a time when it should have been operational. I have supporting recordings and emails. I was also previously removed from the company’s communication group despite being a property owner, and false claims about intoxication were made. This matter has now been formally escalated to the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) for review. I hope the company addresses these serious concerns professionally and ensures proper monitoring and conduct standards.
