Improve your Procedure!!
I am not impressed with how it's hard to get an appointment without initially paying for A printer I needed secondly the way it takes over a fortnight to get your machine is a nuisance , thirdly there were components missing and had to call countlessly before they delivered and charging me for the second delivery when it was clearly their mistake if you not for fully paying for an item before receiving it don't bother they only attend to payers and if you not patient like me (Though I had no choice) don't bother the only upside I can think of is the quality of the Machinery and The pricing

Thank you Simon For the help from ordering my 1.6M sublimination Printer ,the pre training and delivery and set up was done according to the given schedule ,I am happy with the quality,I will return with a review on how the machine fares as time goes on

You need patience Machine comes after 2 weeks
it's been a mini wait but worth it great service and training on machinery use Wich is done in their premises is a game changer

Durable Equipment for those wanting to test waters in the print and media industry for good prices look no further than here but be vigilant as delivery might take an excess of two weeks if they have to specifically order from China

Give away orders if you miss appointment
They keep their delivery and pick up schedules you miss your time they give next client and after paying had to wait for an extra week just because I got stuck in traffic I have to lose my machine that I paid for that's very unprofessional even if it ended up being delivered I won't be doing business here

They don't answer phones and I don't like that their appointments are hard to come by as they seem not to allow the public into their premises unless you have paid for the Machinery some clients want to sample products beforehand anyway they say they do it for security reasons but I feel you will get more clients ,that aside they have very good High quality DIY printers that have a good overall output
