Improve your Procedure!!

I am not impressed with how it's hard to get an appointment without initially paying for A printer I needed secondly the way it takes over a fortnight to get your machine is a nuisance , thirdly there were components missing and had to call countlessly before they delivered and charging me for the second delivery when it was clearly their mistake if you not for fully paying for an item before receiving it don't bother they only attend to payers and if you not patient like me (Though I had no choice) don't bother the only upside I can think of is the quality of the Machinery and The pricing
