Hired Application Status

"Hired" application status though not working. I've app**** for P27 General Assistant post for Dunns store here in Queenstown on the 09/04/2025. Then when I check the application status. It says, "Hired (15/04/2025)". Of which I've never got even a single call for interviews/to sign the contract. Now my fear is when I want to apply again for job opportunities at Pepkor website they won't consider me because of it shows I'm working for the pepkor company though I'm not working for the company. They always regretted/reject my applications. I have a proof of the application status for the above mentioned post. I wrote a review using Dunns store, no feedback received.
