I always receive Tekkie Town notifications, when I try to unsubscribe their newsletter. It always don't go through and they always send me those newsletters of which I'm no longer interested in receiving them. Its been five months trying to unsubscribe but don't go through.
I've subscribed to their catalogue/specials via email. Then when i want to unsubscribe, it always shows an error has occurred. Last three month it said, it'll take three weeks to unsubscribe. But till today I'm still receiving emails from Tekkie town. And I'm no longer interested on their special deals. And i don't know whats so hard to unsubscribe.
"Hired" application status though not working. I've app**** for P27 General Assistant post for Dunns store here in Queenstown on the 09/04/2025. Then when I check the application status. It says, "Hired (15/04/2025)". Of which I've never got even a single call for interviews/to sign the contract. Now my fear is when I want to apply again for job opportunities at Pepkor website they won't consider me because of it shows I'm working for the pepkor company though I'm not working for the company. They always regretted/reject my applications. I have a proof of the application status for the above mentioned post. I wrote a review using Dunns store, no feedback received. I'm very disappointed with the level of service I received from Vodacom. My biggest concern is how this will have an impact on my Credit Score Review. A settlement was made to debit R180.80 monthly under my account up until January 2026 for the account to be paid up. Now, as per my agreement with the Service Provider, the first debit went off for the month of August then for September that's when the problem started, the selected payment date is the 27th of every month so if it falls over the weekend, it goes off the next monday ofwhich it did eventually but still I was penalised over a failed debit order. So my worst nightmare is that I'm yet due for the entire Account balance to "debit" as a failed debit order, so I fail to understand why this is happening, I panicked when I saw that my selected date had gone by without funds being transacted to try and find out as to why it hasn't gone through, so I phoned the vodacom customer careline, it's been over 24hrs already with no response. My score is getting affected in the process and yet I signed up for an agreement.
