my boyfriend took out a small loan, i paid it back from my bank account, few weeks later they deduct the same loan from his account. becareful they take your money twice without realizing they deducted twice.

Had the worst experience my debit oder deducted twice .went and was told I'm making a fuss I must wait my money will be in today .went following day nothing .I was told again to wait for two more days and it's not the first time that has happened to me imagine I'm on leave the money I must spend to travel to cape town from mitchels plein.the one opposite miciti Adderly street is the worst

I do have loan with them so the loan is in arrears but they hand over my debit to their lawyers and we reach agreement with their lawyers and we make arrangements so they started to deduct but also finbond itself they deduct again and deduct more money without my consent or do a mandate even my bank don't show any debit orders so they where supriced how did they get in my account when I confronted them they told me they can't reverse my money ,they said aslong I swipe my card I automatically allowed them to do what they want so I wanted to knw isn't legal to do so cos I need my money back the area manager Dimakatso Mulaudzi she was so rude against me so I need help.

This is by far the poorest service from this branch in roodepoort . I have been there 3 times and left due to service the ladies eat chat and don't even speak English . They treat non Africans like **** .

Double Debited I was double debited and I keep calling the Verulam branch for a refund, they have not done it, it's been a week now the manager said to me the Monday I was debited Tuesday I will receive the refund till date I received nothing. The lady whose doing refunds says she has alot to do how is it my fault 🤬. This is so sickening been to the bank I cannot reverse.
