How I was able to recover my hard earn back
My husband and I invested £209,500 into TCI Trading, believing it was a secure opportunity. We were promised substantial returns, with profits expected to exceed £487,000. Bad service
Bad service I called in to order 10 zinger wings,when I get there my wings are not done and had to even ask to be attended after all the wait I get wrong order and it's not the first time I call in and have to wait to get my order very bad service

STAY WAY FROM GRAYSTONTRADING.COM
FRAUDULENT WEBSITE! We stupidly ordered an Xbox console for our son on the 9 November without checking them out! We have received nothing and our emails don't even go though anymore!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered a Nespresso Coffee machine from the which was a Black Friday special. I Received an email from them to send through proof of payment, which I did & after that heard nothing from them even after numerous follow ups.. NOTHING!!!!!! So they got my hard earned money & I have no coffee machine. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They should be investigated!!!!!

Graystontrading.com has been Blacklisted
I was scammed by this company last year, so I contacted my bank to investigate my credit card transaction with this company. I have recently received an email feedback from my bank, with an attached document that shows that Graystontrading.com has been blacklisted for fraud by SnapScan. So it is a good idea for everyone to avoid doing business with this company.

Beware of Scam Site
I made the mistake to order from Graston Trading and pay through SnapScan. About two weeks after I ordered and have not heard anything back, I phoned the number on the website and a gentleman assured me the package was scheduled for delivery the same day. The delivery happened and I kept on getting messages of promises of delivery in 2 or 3 days. Eventually, I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded. They agreed on the refund, but nothing happened. Eventually I reached out to SnapScan for assistance. SnapScan confirmed they received the Refund from Grayston Trading and will refund my account a month ago. I have not received the money yet, almost 2 months after ordering from Grayston Trading.
