Purchased some lego sets to the value of R5000 on the 9th March for it to be collected in store. After purchase was done, they than told me that one of the Lego sets were not in stock and will be delivered, so I requested/emailed the online team for a refund on the "same day".
They responded quick, but all down hill from here.
No réponse was received till now. I email everyday, but still no response! I have to contact the Sandton branch to assist me with the refund, but they unfortunately cannot do anything in this situation.
We are 8 working days already and still no refund or response!
I always try to support businesses directly instead through Takealot, but it's really pathetic to get such **** service like this. It's much easier to purchase your items through Takealot instead. It can be a little bit more expensive, but at least you have peace of mind!
