Greattechinstallations - Thabo/Kobus bad service and overcharge

Company charged me R 7,500 for a Fiber Optic switch which they only installed an amplifier , i didnt know about this charge until they were done. To soften me up they indicated they will buy it back which they didnt because it wasnt there. The installation Guys kept on reffering to their Boss whose name is Kobus. This company is a **** and will never use it again.
