Greattechinstallations - Thabo/Kobus bad service and overcharge
Company charged me R 7,500 for a Fiber Optic switch which they only installed an amplifier , i didnt know about this charge until they were done. To soften me up they indicated they will buy it back which they didnt because it wasnt there. The installation Guys kept on reffering to their Boss whose name is Kobus. This company is a **** and will never use it again.

Ineffective online shopping processes and waiting for delivery its 6 days now since payment and no communication.
Ineffective Online shop processes. Ordered an item online a Fully paid for it and 6 days later i havent received any correspondence regarding my order and everytime i contact them they refer me to their Logistics department and say someone will contact me and i have been waiting for 3 days and no one has contacted me. This is a unpleasant shopping experience and wouldnt buy from them again.

Incorrect Charges on My FNB Cheque Account
Incorrect charges on my Bank Account , I notice an incorrect charge on my Cheque Account and when i queried with the Bank i was told that my Account was overlimit hence the charges...My Account was not overlimit and upon following up i was given a Reference number that the amount will be reversed into my Account within 2 -3 working day...Im currently on Day 6 and the amount has not been reversed and follow ups with the Bank is not yielding any results
