Green Cross shoes

I will not be buying Green Cross shoes again as they have been a great disappointment in their manufacture and disclosure of materials used. I have several pairs and do not use them daily especially the heeled ones as I only use them on certain occasions. I was trying them on with a new outfit when the heel gave way and totally disintegrated and crumbled. Upon googling I assumed they were made of polyurethane. My gripe is that this was not disclosed to me when I purchased them and thus have to dispose of 3 pais of green cross shoes which is costly. Had I been informed I would not have bought them as I knew I would not use them on a daily basis due to their height. I will in future inform my colleagues and others about my misfortune and warn them. I have taken pictures for clarity.
