Quality service and not quantity sales
What a great company - Honest , transparent , friend and extremely professional. Words cant explain how grateful I am to this company.
Usually buying a car can be stressful and bare a lot of uncer*****y since it is a second hand car with more than 200k kms on the clock
The sales person Brice was so upfront and honest with his videos and pictures and I requested quite unique videos ect.
He sent everything and then some with out even blinking an eye.
I asked hard questions and normal questions - And I double checked him on the vin of the car and yet can you believe a truly honest secondhand dealership .
Then to the FNI ( Finance person ) Dulande Burton
Your kindness and honesty was extremely appreciated. Usually a FNI would try and upsell you on a lot of things that add to your installment and that is what effects your trade down the line
She asked what my needs where, and she worked according to that. No upselling so typical sales nonsense.
In a nut shell I signed the contract before I even saw the car - so much trust do I have in them and their abilities.
Once I got there I took the car for a test drive. inspected a few things and singed the delivery note and we were off. This all happened in 30 mins.
Car is really is great condition and nothing was **** about as my insurance also requested I should take the car for an inspection.
The car is really all that what they said it was.
