Guesthouse refund
Greenfig Guesthouse made a booking for me which I paid in full, but then they realized that they were fully book, so they were going to refund me during the next week. It is now almost 2 months and no refund. Only promises. Now my message is not even read or replied to. I gave them till end of business today to refund me. It did not happen. I have been very accommodating through the whole process. The mistake was on their side. My booking was on 3 April 2021. It is a beautiful place and I was really impressed with it, but now I will not recommend it to anyone. All I want is my refund as promised.
