FED UP WITH MR PRICE MOBILE
After my month cancellation mail, 2-4 reminders and a phone call these useless people is still harassing me and my husband - it is not even his contract!! Mail received from and replied on it with proof AGAIN calls are coming through

MR PRICE MOBILE
This is the most useless people I have dealt with in a while. NO communication from them, NO feedback or confirmation - on mail or phone. 1 Month notice was given to cancel contract - 2 mails was send No call from them to upgrade the contract or ANYTHING to give permission to carry on with the contract And now they send me outstanding fee messages.

No service from Mr Price Mobile!!!
I have been trying to get hold of anyone at Mr Price Mobile and been sending emails for over 2 months now. No one is getting back to me. I send a mail regarding my cellphone contact ending date as I need to cancel it. And till today no one has come back to me. This morning a triple payment went off that I did not budget for. This is unacceptable and I need those payments to be refunded and this contract to be canceled immediately!!!!

THE BOX - NOT LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS
This Company is just not listening to customers. After a long conversation explaining what they do and what you get and hearing the monthly installment, I said to them I don't want this because of financial status. Not accepting anything via mail or phone THEY WENT AND DEDUCTED OVER R300 from my account. UNACCEPTABLE and this is not the first time,

SPOT ON - Their Service is actually SPOT ON!!
We had to replace 2 of our vehicle windscreen through our company insurance. They use Spot on and a lady by the name Nische assist me in everything that needed to be done. I was impressed by her people skills and how friendly she was. One of our sales reps received a call from her confirming the details and also reported on how professional she was. Good day TEGA INDUSTRIES AFRICA PTY (LTD) 2 URANIUM ROAD, VULCANIA EXT 2, BRAKPAN, 1541 At the corner of Elktron Road and Uranium Road is a drain that started over flowing the week of the 16th November 2020. This has been reported on the 19th November 2020 to Ekurhuleni which was a Friday, it was said that this will take 48hr before anyone can attend the matter and they do not work over weekends. Reference nr 4476009. This was again reported on the 23rd, 26th, and 27th November 2020, another call was done AGAIN on the 2nd and 4th December 2020 and STILL nothing is happening. Our staff entrance has been been closed because of the smelly sewerage water that is flowing in the street. This is becoming a health hazard and is smelling up the area. I need someone to attend this ASAP

POUR SERVICES AT FNB MALL @ CARNIVAL
THIS IS AT FNB AT MALL @ CARNIVAL My ID nr was captured wrong at the bank, after documents was filled in with supporting documents as requested in April 2020 (beginning of lock down) my ID nr still is not corrected. I have a Health Cash Plan policy with FNB that I can not access because of my ID that is not corrected. I requested them in May 2020 to cancel this and this is still not done as well. After numerous emails to them regarding this and telling them if the problem is not sorted I will move to another bank this is what I received from them: "Good day Thank you for your mail. Kindly provide us with the details of the bank so we can change them from our side.
