Bad customer service.

The service is horrible. I have been waiting for my refund from them since last year, I have received a small portion of it because they mixed my room with someone else’s. They do not communicate anything to their customers, they are hard to reach. They have no sense or urgency, I have most definitely received the worst service from them. There is no coordination in the office, I am highly disappointed. I mistakenly overpaid for my rent, I have not received that refund as well. It is officially one of the worst places to be in Potchefstroom.
