Absolutely unacceptable experience with Green Motion.
I was left abandoned in a foreign country after collecting a vehicle from Green Motion. When issues arose, I tried repeatedly to contact their support and local office — calls went unanswered, messages ignored, and no assistance was provided.
There was zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero customer care. Being stranded without support is not just inconvenient — it’s unsafe and irresponsible for a car rental company.
This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and additional costs that could have been avoided with even the most basic level of professionalism. If something goes wrong, do not expect help.
I strongly advise travelers to avoid Green Motion and choose a company that actually supports its customers when they need it most. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
