**** of a company - holding deposit of R9300!!!

**** of a rental company - not paying back holding deposit of R9300. These people never told me about a deposit of R9300 only heard when i was fetching the car—not acceptable, where is transparency!! I normally use AVIS (reputable company) but because I travelled to the Eastern Cape, I gave this company a chance. Bad decision ever! Called the branch where a Chicky Xhosa lady said I need to wait 21 working day! Yet another one had said 7-14 working days, what on earth is making them take so long to refund my deposit when it was quick when they were taking it.

I never wait this long with AVIS. I want my deposit back!!
