Extremely log turnaround time. please avoid if you need a device repaired quickly,

I am so dissaplointed in the turnaround of this company. they collected my phone (S23 Ultra) a week ago for repairs through a Miway claim. I paid the excess immidiatly. now im still waiting. phoned Jeanette and she cant give me an update either. years ago i had a phone (S21 Ultra) repaired through another company and they came to my house and did the repair within 20min. If you need your phone like me then make sure to avoid this company. you will cry. And im still waiting.... hopefully i will get the phone back this year
