Extremely log turnaround time. please avoid if you need a device repaired quickly,
I am so dissaplointed in the turnaround of this company. they collected my phone (S23 Ultra) a week ago for repairs through a Miway claim. I paid the excess immidiatly. now im still waiting. phoned Jeanette and she cant give me an update either. years ago i had a phone (S21 Ultra) repaired through another company and they came to my house and did the repair within 20min. If you need your phone like me then make sure to avoid this company. you will cry. And im still waiting.... hopefully i will get the phone back this year

DO NOT RECOMMEND
Worst experience with this company, our insurance sent them to evaluate our appliance. They could not remove the appliance, saying it was high risk. We removed it ourselves. I do not know if they get any commission from rejecting claims, but definitely not worth the struggle. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst experience with this company, our insurance sent them to evaluate our appliance. They could not remove the appliance, saying it was high risk. We removed it ourselves. I do not know if they get any commission from rejecting claims, but definitely not worth the struggle. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

WORST EVER COMPANY FOR ACESSING
My review was removed no problem I will write it again.... On last week Thursday a soo called technician was despatched to access my dishwasher unfortunately I was not at home. The finding from Gw technical technician was that the motor was was worn or wear. How ever the testing was in conclusive due to the technician not testing the motor and conducted his test within 15mins.I am a qualified technician with 20 years experience never have I heard such nonsense that a motor just by testing can prove wear? I have all the work that was done recorded on surveillance footage, it's just show the lack of knowledge and how in competent the technician is.

WORST ACCESMENT COMPANY EVER!!!!
Terrible and pathetic service received, they sent soo called technician to access my dishwasher and his finding were that the motor is worn out 🤣🤣😂😂. I'm a qualified technician with over 20 years experience and hearing such nonsense like this show how in competent they are. This idiot of a technician performed his testing in 15mins or less and never tested the motor but he clamins my motor is worn out what a idiot 🙄. How from testing that you can determine a electric motor is worn out😅🤣🤣🤣 without visually checking and seen it's worn out. l have all on camera footage. Miway should get rid of this company from accessing appliances

GW DISAPPOINTMENT!
This Miway appointed service provider has disappointed me. I'm still sitting with my broken TV set waiting to be collected by them for 5 days....I will look for my own repair service

Poor service from GW Technical
This company has been a huge disappointment for me. They are the service provider for my insurer Miway (also entirely useless). I claimed for a fridge repair. They brought the fridge back with exactly the same problem, mind you we are in the middle of summer with these hot temperatures I didn’t have cold water or anything for almost 2 weeks. They took it back and brought it again with a huge dent on the door of my fridge. I called the agent Jeneatte who could not be bothered to resolve anything. I spoke to her twice to get feedback what they’ll do about the huge dent on my fridge. She always say she will ask for feedback from claims. She takes zero initiative to manage incidents. Poor communication Poor customer service Poor workmanship Extremely disheartening. As it is my fridge is hot food in the freezer is defrosted. Zero recommendations for this company.

Well known company that can do insurance assessments and damage reports. GW TECH also does insrance repairs and replacements on all appliances and electrical devices/items. They are situated in Alrode South Alberton.
