Greenways Irrigation from Innocent - pathetic service

Asked Innocent to install a jojo tank. He looked at the premises and requested a deposit. I paid him 6500 to continue work. He did not have the correct tools to drill holes in the gutter, he asked for an extension cord and did not have a ladder. Whilst I was inside the house he cut a hole in the new tank and told me it standard practice. I explained to him there is an inlet opening and that he should have bought the correct sized pipe. Now I've out my deposit and my I have a broken jojo tank in my jar. Pathetic service, I don't think he knows what he's doing.
