WARNING!! THEY ARE ****MERS DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!
I had the same experience as other people have said. Grey and the property network are total ****mers do not trust them with your money!! The agent asked for rent and a depost to "secure" the place, and then said the owner had chosen another tenant. I'm still waiting for my refund for like 6 days ago

I had the same experience as other people have said. Grey and the property network are total ****mers do not trust them with your money!! The agent asked for rent and a depost to "secure" the place, and then said the owner had chosen another tenant. I'm still waiting for my refund for like 6 days ago

DO NOT deal with this guy, he takes tenants money and keeps it
I was contacted by Greg to list my cottage, he has never been to the property and i had to deal with tenants he sent, he has been unprofessional in dealing with tenants. I declined a tenant and the same tenant has been coming to my home and threatening me because he says he has paid Greg a deposit and Greg will not pay him back. After declining the tenant Greg informed me that he has someone else that are currently signing a lease, but Greg asked me if the Tenant i declined can come and view again the next day to show his partner, i was confused and told him no. Now i am sitting with a problem and the tenant i declined is very upset and has no way of tracing Greg. DO NOT DEAL with him and do not pay him any money as you will not get it back, not even sure if he will place you.

The worst experience ever!
Greg (063 025 3778 / propertynetwork@pnetwork.co.za) this person is a ****mer. He works hand in hand with a person called Savannah (receptionpropertynetwork@gmail.com). They will take your money, promise you the moon and the stars and take you from pillar to post. They will tell you that the bookkeeper will contact you and never does. They will request a landline number so they can contact you but that’s a lie too. Then they will tell you about a zoom call, that is a lie too. On the 31st July 2025 I was told by Savannah that the property I paid for, the owner has found his own tenant and I wanted a refund. I have been deliberately inconvenienced and was supposed to move in on the 1st September 2025. I have been promised a refund and till today I am being taken from pillar to post. Apparently Johan (legalpropertynetwork@gmail.com) is the attorney and it seems like they are all in it together. These people have made my life miserable and they literally told me to exercise patience. How patient should one be after paying such a large amount of money for a service that you never got. I have been deceived firstly by Greg and then by Savannah and then by Johan. Nothing that these people promised has materialised. All I want is my money. They do not care that I paid for a property I did not get and left me stranded at the very last minute.

The same experience as the other two reviews - this person "Greg" claimed to have a property to rent - said we had to pay one months rent to secure and an admin fee, only then could he send a lease agreement. He then said the owner had backed out of the agreement and was finding her own tenant - 6 days before we were supposed to move in. He refuses to refund any monies claiming he offered us other accomodation in the complex which is untrue. Do not use this person

This man is a ****mer. He tell you to Pay a holding deposit and then the full deposit then he tells you the property is no longer available. Then he threatens to open a case of deformation of character against you because you ask for your money back then he blocks you. Guys share far and wide this man must get caught.

This man is a ****mer. He tell you to Pay a holding deposit and then the full deposit then he tells you the property is no longer available. Then he threatens to open a case of deformation of character against you because you ask for your money back then he blocks you. Guys share far and wide this man must get caught.

Be careful of **** agent trading under agency named "Greg Property Network"
Be careful of an agent named "Greg" supposedly trading under Greg Property Network. He is recently going under the name "Greg Kantor". He markets property (apartments mostly) as up for rent on MyProperty SA and sometimes on Property24. Once you make contact, he asks you to urgently make a deposit to "secure" the property so that he can take the adverts off. He does not send an invoice afterwards, nor an address of the property, nor a rental agreement. If you pressure him to send you the address and contract, and question whether the property exists, he gives you the contact number of a woman he claims is the owner of the property that sometimes go by the name Natalie, other times Genevieve, other times Bianca. They then give multiple stories why the cannot send the contract. Sometimes he even sends a rental agreement that only has the details of the lessee, nothing about the property or the owner. He then silently disappears with your deposit, refusing to pay it back because the amount you paid was only to "secure the property" (that does not exist by the way). Please verify an agent (the person) first with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority before paying any amount over to an agent. https://theppra.org.za/agent_agency_search Don't be the next victim to be ****med.
