We were left stranded at Midrand Big Bird Engen on the 26 April 2026. We arrived at 20:30 to catch the 21:20 bus, but it never showed up. After waiting past the scheduled time, we called the 011 number for assistance. The consultant, who identified himself as Papi but refused to provide his surname, was extremely unhelpful and rude. When we explained that the bus had not arrived, he sarcastically responded that it was “clearly invisible.” And that we decided to be at the wrong 1stop. We told him that we are not fami**** with Johannesburg and in the ticket it did not specify where we should wait for the pick up. We informed him that we were stranded and asked if he could contact the driver to arrange for us to be picked up at another stop, but he refused. We also requested to speak directly with the driver, which he declined. The service we received from this consultant was unacceptable, and his refusal to provide his surname only added to our frustration.

They made us wait for an 10:05am bus from Pietermaritzburg to Midrand but it haven't arrive even now and they are not communicating with us we've been here from 9ocklock till now they are a bad company they won't even refund us

Our bus left Bosman station at 6h18 to Vryheid, the Metro Police stopped us looking for permits. How possible a big company like Greyhound not having permits, it's a disgrace. We are 30 minutes late because of that, it's a shame 😭💔

The Driver Felt it was Okay to Touch me, When My Ears Work Just Fine, so it was No Need For Him to Touch Me Near My Chest Area Period. I Felt Like I Again was Honestly Being Bul**** the Whole Trip, From Start to Finish. The Bus Driver and the Passengers were All Very Evil and Mean to me. The Driver Refused to Give Me His Name and the Staff in Nashville was Very ****** and Didn't Want to Do a Report For Me Because I am a Black Woman. The Employees Working in Nashville Stated that we Don't Do that. The Security at the Nashville Station Even Allowed Him to Pester Me the Whole Time that I was Trying to Grab My Bag Off the Bus. ---No One Chose to Protect Me Because of Me Being a Black Woman. I was Mistreated and Treated so Poorly and that Driver is a Terrible Person. He didn't Even Care to try to Discipline the White Passenger who Started the Whole Thing of Threatening to Spit on Me and Called Me the N Word. Instead, he Let this Man Take My Seat and He let the Man Threaten to Spit on Me and Call me the N - Word. Even Another Black Passenger Sitting Nearby the White Guy who Called me the N Word was Okay with what he was Hearing. He Took Up For the White Man Who Looked Like he Had Gotten Out of Prison and He Stated that the Man Had Not Said that, When He Did. The Bus driver and the Other Black Man Both are Weaklings Who Must be Scared of that White Man Causing the Drama. This Driver Started Off Driving in Atlanta and Ended His Route in Nashville TN. PLEASE FIRE HIM-----OTHERWISE THIS WILL CONTINUE TO GO ON..... I Also Want TO Just Say This Driver Was Promoting ******, By Allowing the White Guy to Threaten To Spit On Me And Call Me the N Word. Also The Whole Bus was Supporting This Behaver and The Bus Driver Threatened to Put Me Off the Bus Instead of the Prison Looking White Man. The Other Bus Passengers Were Basically Cheering and Rallying With the Bus Driver and Agreeing that I was Called the N Word and They Said Together the Passengers Put Her Off the Bus Not The White Man. This is when the Driver Thought it was Okay to Touch me TOO, Multiple Times Unfortunately. Instead the Driver Tried to Make Me Look Bad and Was Disrespecting Me and Bullying Me, By The Driver Doing This He was also Encouraging Other Passengers to Mistreat Me During this 16 Hour Ride, Including the Start of the Trip Had Like a 4 Hour Delay Before We Actually Officially Took Off. I had to Endure Even Sitting with a Tranny the Whole Ride, which Most People Would Say Can Be very Risky Because Their Behavior Can be Sketchy. I was Terrorized & Treated Poorly and Just Constantly Abused by Greyhound During my Trip that Was on June 28 of 2023. The Greyhound Lady Working at the Station in Louisville Said that it was Okay for Passengers to Take My Bag Off the Bus and Just Leave it When I Wasn't Getting Off the Bus so it's Not Right and No Excuse to Let Passengers Take My Bag Off the Bus and For Them to Not Put it Back on the Bus. Even When I Arrived I was Treated Poorly. The Next Bus Driver Believed Terrible Things that the Last Bus Driver Told Him so He Refused to Let Me Sit in the Front Instead he Told Me to Go Sit in the Back Where the Guy Who was Being ****** to Me was Sitting. An Then He was being Mean to Me also by Telling Me that it's Sad that I Don't Know how to Behave Like an Adult when it's Very Obvious that I Do and that I was Just Being Treated Unfairly and No One There to Speak Up for me but Myself and No One There to Protect Me Either. Also I Watched This Driver Fall Asleep Behind the Wheel Too... When I Finally Got to My Destination I Even had to Get My Own Bag and Another Passenger Pushed Their Bag on Me and Again that Just Feels Like People on This Bus are Trying to Terrorize Me and he Didn't Even Apologize After I Told Him that it Wasn't Cool to Do. Grayhound is the worst mode of transportation company to ever exist. I traveled with them on the 5th of January and what a disaster that was, not only was the bus 6hours late but it had ****roaches everywhere. I also cancelled one of my tickets on the 29th of December already and I still haven't received my refund. Everytime I call them I get sent back to the queue and be on hold for over an hour
