My conveyancing Attorney ask Greyvensteins Attorneys and there client who's the purchaser of my property to provide proof of the suspensive condition the couldn't and rather brought an application for specific performance against me in the high Court now they are using the judgement as proof for the suspensive condition R1m. paid to them by my tenant plus cost order. There client did not meet the conditions for bond approval.
