Henno and Roelene possible LPC complaint
I echo others' reviews when it comes to communication and moral compass. Another review mentioned that once you’ve paid them, they disappear, and they need to be hounded for a response. Echo another review: they expect you to do all the work that you’ve actually paid them for and never follow through till closure. They drop the ball. They cover for each other. no accountability. Quality of legal services does not exist with them. As per my experience, they are the worst South African law firm. Lack of a sense of urgency, they take their time with tasks. If you do not follow up, they will take forever to do even the easiest of steps

My worst service experience from a law firm.
To whom it may concern: My name is Jonathan, and I would like to express the outmost worst service I've ever received as a client, not only dealing with a law firm, but overall the worst service delivery I have ever experienced. To start, I am not a person who normally takes the time to write a bad review, but this is the only method how I could address the matter, as I believe that this is unfair to be treated like this, and I hope this will be seen as a very serious matter. My experience: I am situated in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), and made contact with Greyvenstein's to help and support me with a legal matter I desperately needed to be handled by an attorney that's experienced and competent to assist me. I went for the consultation with Greg, and felt satisfied and was confident that he will be able to help me. Greg said that he will make contact with me once he is ready to handle my case. It is now almost 2 months ago, and the last time Greg spoke to me was at the consultation. I sent an email directed to Greg to follow up, no response, I made numerous phone calls to the firm, spoke to reception and Greg's secretary, no response afterwards. I find it very disrespectful and I feel unimportant to not even acknowledging my emails. NO communication. I fully understand that attorneys cannot always respond immediately, but to ignore me and no response in almost 2 months is very disappointing. If Greg is unable to assist me, then just say so, but no communication is totally unacceptable. I truly hope that this review gets to the relevant parties to address this matter. Regards Jonathan

Greyvenstein Attorneys service non existent and slow
After having to pay R5000 upfront to secure legal assistance I am being told approximately 9 weeks later that there will be a conflict of interest because they do not want to believe that one of their most loyal clients was ******* and committed *****. It is the slowest response I have ever had from any attorney and once I believed that they were the best in town, now I will never ever recommend any person to use Greyvenstein Attorneys and surely after wasting my time and providing no assistance I will never see my R5000 again. I agree with all the other complaints made regarding this firm, stay away.

Suspensive condition dispute
My conveyancing Attorney ask Greyvensteins Attorneys and there client who's the purchaser of my property to provide proof of the suspensive condition the couldn't and rather brought an application for specific performance against me in the high Court now they are using the judgement as proof for the suspensive condition R1m. paid to them by my tenant plus cost order. There client did not meet the conditions for bond approval.

Despite the pre condition of a house sale not met and official approved house plans not received, this organization simply steam rolled my concerns and threatened me with legal action. I now sit with an unliveable, unrenteable house and with substantial financial issues to resolve.
