I echo others' reviews when it comes to communication and moral compass. Another review mentioned that once you’ve paid them, they disappear, and they need to be hounded for a response. Echo another review: they expect you to do all the work that you’ve actually paid them for and never follow through till closure. They drop the ball. They cover for each other. no accountability. Quality of legal services does not exist with them. As per my experience, they are the worst South African law firm. Lack of a sense of urgency, they take their time with tasks. If you do not follow up, they will take forever to do even the easiest of steps
Poor communication, lack of action and performance · Worst sectional title management · Bad News! · Worst managing agents. Please stay away from this place. I have raised more than one concern. If I get a reply its "lodge a dispute at CSOS" Its like sending emails to a empty box. Chance of winning lotto is better than them resolving or even give decent feedback.
Made payment on 19 Oct 2019 waiting for a paid up letter on my credit card account. Calling then they dont answer. Emailed then they just avoid or ignore me. This is extremely bad service. I am closing all my accounts from them. Dont want to pay for this utter poor service again. Just help me in order for me to never use your service again.
<p>Paid R700 deposit at the time i applied for Fixed line look alike.</p> <p> </p> <p>Filled in a form and send it on 28 September 2016. On 28 October 2016 i called to ask if my account was cancelled. They informed me that they did not get the form. Forwarded the origenal email to the agent was informed it will take 5 days. Called again few days after still nothing emailed again. Few days later called again still nothing emailed again. Received an sms on 7 November indicating its cancelled called the call centre they informed me its not yet cancelled. After a long struggle someone told me its cancelled but once i call back and speak to someone else they tell me its still active. The one even told me that i need to bring the phone back that same day i did take the phone to tygervalley.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is extremely bad service and i would recommend that no one use Telkom let them go backrupt and let get a service provider that has some kind of knowledge about service. Telkom is a bunch of incompetant idiots. </p>
<p>Something as simple as updating my address they cant even assist with.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called the contact centre today gave my details asked about my address and the agent just kept quiet. He ignored me and needs to be dismissed. Please get some educated and competant staff.</p>
