To whom it may concern:
My name is Jonathan, and I would like to express the outmost worst service I've ever received as a client, not only dealing with a law firm, but overall the worst service delivery I have ever experienced.
To start, I am not a person who normally takes the time to write a bad review, but this is the only method how I could address the matter, as I believe that this is unfair to be treated like this, and I hope this will be seen as a very serious matter.
My experience: I am situated in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), and made contact with Greyvenstein's to help and support me with a legal matter I desperately needed to be handled by an attorney that's experienced and competent to assist me. I went for the consultation with Greg, and felt satisfied and was confident that he will be able to help me. Greg said that he will make contact with me once he is ready to handle my case. It is now almost 2 months ago, and the last time Greg spoke to me was at the consultation. I sent an email directed to Greg to follow up, no response, I made numerous phone calls to the firm, spoke to reception and Greg's secretary, no response afterwards. I find it very disrespectful and I feel unimportant to not even acknowledging my emails. NO communication.
I fully understand that attorneys cannot always respond immediately, but to ignore me and no response in almost 2 months is very disappointing. If Greg is unable to assist me, then just say so, but no communication is totally unacceptable.
I truly hope that this review gets to the relevant parties to address this matter.
