Non-existent service!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. They have a WhatsApp line - I don't know why - because they don't reply (but you can see they read the message). In July I asked for quote/stock. Today I asked why they didn't reply - their reply = NO REPLY? How does one trust a business like this?
