MAKRO - worst customer service / worst delivery service!
Makro has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE equalled ONLY by their DELIVERY SERVICE. On 31 October I ordered & paid goods online. Today is the 13th November and after 10 phone calls (every time they say it has been escalated) and 5 x emails they are still giving me the run-around. DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO - they will ***** your money and you will NOT get your goods!!!

ESENER - Don't waste your time with them.
Esener does not reply to emails; WhatsApps, SMS's or any contact avenue. I have sent "delivery receipts" with the email, I have seen the WhatsApps have been read and the SMS has been delivered. Don't waste your time with them - I have heard that they take your money and don't deliver the goods. Another fraudulent solar energy company?

Non-existent service!!!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. They have a WhatsApp line - I don't know why - because they don't reply (but you can see they read the message). In July I asked for quote/stock. Today I asked why they didn't reply - their reply = NO REPLY? How does one trust a business like this?

Non existent WhatsApp service.
Their WhatsApp line (proudly advertised on their website) seldom responds to questions. SO MY QUESTION IS : If a potential buyer needs pertinent information about a product they sell on their website and ask for that information on their WhatsApp line and get no response, what does this potential buyer do ...? 1) He/she shops elsewhere. 2) They tell their friends/family/colleagues/acquaintances about the bad service. 3) Do you know how a wildfire spreads???

Ultra-Solar are SCAMMERS!!!
These are scammers. They WILL take your money and you will be left without a delivery. They made several errors & inconsistencies on their "invoice" - Capitec does NOY have business accounts. The VAT number is fake. CIPC doesn't recognize the PTY Ltd name. The Company Registration number belongs to someone completely else. The website ultra-solar.co.za was registered January 2022

4 x 650W Solar panels shipped to Jeffreys Bay - kougasolar.co.za
I am the BIGGEST skeptic south of the equator. I asked Chantelle a 100 questions, asked for client contact numbers, BASICALLY I did my due diligence. My 4 x 650VA solar panels arrived via the Courier Guy & I was relieved. The long and short of it : they get 5 stars from me AND and an apology for my skeptic demeanour.

STEELCUT Services CC does not need you business!
Wayne does not seem to want to do any business. I have now waited a week just for a quote - imagine how long the job would take! After 7 x fone calls & WhatsApps - all I have is empty promises every time.
