Quick to take money, but service afterwards do not exist.
1 star is being generous. As i read through the other reviews, I found one common trend. Quick to make a sale, but straight up ignores you when you query something that is faulty. Bought 4x200aH batteries from them of which 2 went to me and 2 to my brother. Up to date, my batteries are working as expected, however, my brother has one battery that went faulty 5 months in. I immediately started asking about what the warranty process is(warranty was agreed on for 6 months dating 16May - 16November). Initially they responded quickly, but as soon as I mentioned 'warranty' I was met with silence. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS, YOU WILL LOSE OUT.

Please stay away
Very good service untill they get your money. Non existent after sales. In fact they do not even answer their phone. Their boss does not speak to customers. Save yourselves a lot of frustration and just stay away.

Please stay away

THEY ARE CROOKS STAY AWAY
we bought 12x650w 5star solar panels. one panel broke ended up only having 11 that should be producing Wp 7,8Kw/h they are only producing at peak power 3,5kw/h that is a 50% loss normally your looking at a worst case of 30% loss for a tier1 solar panel. please there a lot of customers out there that say they are crooks and they are. my client all ready told me to sorted this out or I have to buy new 12x 650w Canadian solar panels on my own expense or he will sue me. We are filing a lawsuit against Solar Link Energy no Consumer Right No. 6: Right to Fair and Honest Dealing

I am the BIGGEST skeptic south of the equator. I asked Chantelle a 100 questions, asked for client contact numbers, BASICALLY I did my due diligence. My 4 x 650VA solar panels arrived via the Courier Guy & I was relieved. The long and short of it : they get 5 stars from me AND and an apology for my skeptic demeanour.

Solar links energy
After being frauded by some online store round about 3 weeks ago with full of stories I just had to move on and find a more reliable store. I then found solar links who are all the way in randburg as I'm in nelspruit. I was skeptical on online payment since I had just been frauded. They opted to come with the goods so I pay cash on delivery. Which helped me a ton.

Great customer service
I recently decided to switch to solar with all this loadshedding going on and I stumbled on solar links, spoke to a gentleman called John and he was so helpful. I do not have much knowledge on solar and he assisted me thoroughly with everything I needed and explained to me how it work. I loved thier customer service
