Immediate Action
I had a problem from phase energy in regards to a refund that was supposed to take place about 2 months ago, I was dealing with one sales person who kept promising and didn’t want to put me through the manager so it got me worried. I went there myself requesting to see the managers until they called Ryan and Axel. When I explained to them my issue they were not aware of it all and the account number was not theirs, apparently the sales person diverted my sales, they gave me a refund after speaking to them and I hope they dealt with the sales person who caused this issue because it can hinder the company.

I contacted Nico Energy for a UP5000 Pylon but they told me they did not have stock so they recommended the Hoselect 4.8kw which I have never used before. Since I live all the way across cape town I did an online purchase with them and it was delivered after 3 days. That was convenient for me, had an installer check it out and set it up for me, the battery works as good as the pylontech and is actually cheaper! I will definitely come for 1 more

Hi Cain, thanks for the assistance on my order but what I was a a bit disappointed by fact that I wasn't made aware I still had to pay for my own courier. Please make it clear at least so people can know, other than that I was happy with the service.

My husband and I bought 2 batteries from solar links online and I just wanted to put a review on them for anyone else who wants to purchase from, they're a real company and provide good service. Our batteries were delivered on time and in mint condition.
