SCAMMED
<p>I asked Mike (Michael) Aldous of GRMC Development ( ********** 902 or ********** 329) to quote on supplying and installing a kitchen and scullery/laundry for my client in Norscot, Fourways on 28 September 2016. I accepted his quote and paid him a 50% cash deposit which resulted in him delivering and installing just the carcasses, which amounted to three and a half days work. He then requested the balance of the 90% payment which I gave him and that was the end. I had to complete the job for my client with my own finances in order for them to have what I promised them before they went on their Christmas holiday yesturday. I am shocked that Mike did this to me with no expaination or remorse for his actions. I have opened a case of "Theft under false pretenses" at the Douglasdale Police Station, CAS 643/12/2016.</p>

Michael is a scammer! Please please please DO NOT let this man talk you into parting with your money. He took a large deposit from us to build a new kitchen, and as soon as he had our money, he disappeared, never to be seen again. He doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't return calls, won't give details about where he works. Also told us he was accredited, which he is not. Basically you have no way of contacting him or holding him to his promises once he's made off with your money. PLEASE DON'T GET CAUGHT BY THIS SCAMMER

G.R.M.C Developments - Scam developer
I was referred to Michael Aldous from G.R.M.C Developments to revamp our Kitchen. Paid him a R20 000 deposit in the beginning of December for the job that would have taken him a week according to him.<br> Never pitched up and only after several phone calls he commenced with work on the 5th of January.<br> Up until now not even half of the kitchen has been finished, he never answers his phone calls.When he eventually send someone to site(usually after 10 or 11 o'clock), there is always a problem with raw materials, and the workers sit on site can't finish anything. Workmanship and quality is shocking, because he is NEVER on site, might as well get someone off the street and leave them unattended... He also claimed that he is NHBRC registered, after phoning to lodge a complaint, I was told that he was no longer a member. Avoid this man at all cost as he will commit to everything up until when he has the money.
