Coffin scam by Funeral home services

Don't ever user Grobelaars funeral services in Pretoria. My mom's service was held their, with a coffin in the little church. Pity it was EMPTY!! Actually invoice R9600 but yet the cremation happen the Tuesday, and 2 days later her service. So my question is, we paid for a coffin they can charge out because surely it's clear my mom can't use it or we can't get a credit. Does VOETSEK!! didn't even feel bad for lying while her family cries by the empty coffin!!
