My wife and I were renting a flat in walvis bay from Grobbies estate, due to the covid 19 situation we had to make a financial choice to move back to Cape Town from walvis bay.
We have been waiting 2 weeks for our deposit to be sent back to us, we can’t move into a new place unless we have that deposit.
The Lady who has been assisting us does not answer her phone or get back to us on what’s happening, if we do get hold of her she says we will get the money the next day but nothing happens.
This is unacceptable, we have never missed a payment and we have always been on time with our payments.
If we didn’t pay it would be a big problem yet look at this situation now.
