Steer clear of Grobler Rutsch Attorneys for any legal work! Protection of my personal information is crucial under POPIA. I received a debt collection email from them meant for someone else. My email address was included twice. I have an unusual name that could not have been mixed up with the recipient's address. When I called their office line to ask why Grobler Rutsch had access to my personal information the employee was dismissive, argumentative, and rude. She said they must have got my personal information from the doctor's rooms the account was from. I don't know the doctor and have never been to her rooms, hospital, or even neighbourhood.
