Charging 235% legal fees! - disgusting
An overdue doctor bill of R378 was handed over and this company charged me charged me 235% R885 in legal fees. This is disgusting! According to the NCA you can charge 100% meaning R378 legal fees.
You should be ashamed of yourself for exploiting people like this.
