An overdue doctor bill of R378 was handed over and this company charged me charged me 235% R885 in legal fees. This is disgusting! According to the NCA you can charge 100% meaning R378 legal fees. You should be ashamed of yourself for exploiting people like this.

Bad Experience. They are unhelpful in regards to their costs and can not respond to emails within agreed time frame. I will not recommend them to anyone. We also had problems relating to doctors and they charged us alot above the amount owned to the doctor's.

I would never use this company not even for legal advise. They overcharge on their accounts and don't even respond to emails within a good time period. They can't even give proper statements. Rather use a professional establishment that cares about their clients.

I have made payments of over R8000 for doctors fees not covered by medical aid. This exceeds the original charge from the practitioner. I have requested in a number of occasions 1. A monthly statement, an accurate recon of all touch points you are charging me for and for confirmation of funds received. I get none of this and instead you keep texting and mailing generic nonsense that does nothing but frustrate the both of us Please get back to me with accurate records so I can get this over with

I had an outstanding amount of R1762 due to a doctor - monies which the medical aid did not cover. Sadly, I had changed my mobile number and only became aware of the amount due when this law firm sent me a letter of demand. I made an arrangement with the law firm to pay the amount off at R500 a month. To date I have paid R3000 and still owe R1461 due to them charging me every month for reminders R150 (despite my payments being made on the date as pre-arranged) interest and commission. They also charge a commission fee on top of the capital amount, interest and commission already charged..... Upon querying the charge for the reminders, I was advised that unless clients advise the firm that they do not want to receive reminders - this would be charged. This is deliberately misleading and not really questioned as you would not expect to receive a reminder unless you have defaulted on their payment arrangement. It was never questioned by me, as I knew I had paid on time and did not think for a minute I was actually being for charged for this despite the reminder being sent after I had paid my monthly amount and also sent proof of payment via email to the firm. Is this not ********* behaviour besides being daylight ******* and demonstrating pure greed and taking advantage of people in unfortunate circumstances. This matter has also being reported to The Legal Practise Council.
