For a company that prides itself in HAND-TO-HAND courier services, I don’t understand how my parcel is delivered to someone else (Dorcas)at the incorrect address (Oak Street when I have specifically requested Bram Fischer Drive) and I’m am EXPECTED to find this said Dorcas and collect the parcel from them. Can someone with sense please get back to how on how I can MY parcel delivered to ME as requested. This was delivered on Monday 22 September to the wrong person and the wrong address

I have made payments of over R8000 for doctors fees not covered by medical aid. This exceeds the original charge from the practitioner. I have requested in a number of occasions 1. How long does it take to get back to customers?! I complained on Wednesday last week about the shoddy work done on my car, 1.the windscreen that was fitted is not a Mazda one 2. The windscreen was not fitted correctly and neither have the parts been inserted back correctly. Glue was used to secure the parts which was never supposed to happen, this glue is visible and unsightly 3. There is an audible draft (similar to what you would hear when a window is slightly open) when driving so this windscreen isn’t fitted correctly 4. My car is now scratched and dented Please let me today know when all of this is going to be sorted
Can you tell me why you have me listed as in arrears for 3 months when I canceled my contract in August because of your **** service?!
