I have made payments of over R8000 for doctors fees not covered by medical aid. This exceeds the original charge from the practitioner. I have requested in a number of occasions 1. A monthly statement, an accurate recon of all touch points you are charging me for and for confirmation of funds received. I get none of this and instead you keep texting and mailing generic nonsense that does nothing but frustrate the both of us
