Taken for a ride by Groenkloof Properties
Ben Laubscher has taken my tenant and I for a ride. We are his latest victims. If anyone has his physical address please advise since I need to issue him with a letter of demand. My email is bobchop30@gmail.com.

Horrible service and decision I made moving into their place
All reviews I just read are true. Just moved in 2 weeks in Waterkloof and I regret setting foot here. Agent is not responsive. Things kept in the garage and refused to remove them. Stove and garage issues are still not resolved. Unpaired dirty doors and walls. Demands rent money for a year (almost fell for it). I guess I need to get legal ready.

Terrible service, reluctant to pay deposit back but quick to request it to secure the property
Terrible service from this Agency, we have recently moved out from a rental and was advised we will receive our full refund oof the deposit on the 7th of November, after numerous follow ups we are still waiting for the deposit to be refunded and there is no answer from the administrator Nawal. I would not recommend this agency to any Renters or owners looking for a Rental Agency!!

I am at a loss on what to do. I was renting an apartment in Centurion with this agency. Service was absolutely horrible from day one. I lived there for about 2 years, rent was never late however. The stove had never worked and from that day till the last they never fixed it. The garage that is included in the rent was full of stuff that they never removed so I never could use it and so much more. However the main reason I'm here, I need help, I moved out at the end of June and found someone else to take over the flat that they agreed on but they still have not refunded me my deposit. Even worse, they said they would even the agent that I was dealing with, Ben, said he would sort it out but now, they even stopped replying to me, mute, all of they, all I want is my money.
