Unprofessional and rude attitude from Ben and Admin

Ben and rhe Admin of Groenkloof Properties is Highly unprofessional and rude. Ben tells us that we will get our deposit back within 5 days now we are struggling. The contract might state 30 days, but Ben's worda to me were 5 days. So as an estate agent we going on his word.

It is the worst estate agents I have EVER dealt with. They never get back to any emails nor does Ben get back to messages, you have to "nagg" them as tenants the entire time and one knows that you are waisting your time as they will not get back to you.

I reiterate the fact that they (Ben and the Admin) are extremely rude.

We looked after the property like our own and we had the propery spring cleaned upon moving out and this is the treatment an tenants gets

Do not ever use them!!!
