Gromor terrible soil
I had a terrible experience using Gromor soil bags, I have used Compost, potting soil and their succulent mix. I was deeply dissapointed to find rhat all 3 bags where exactly the same thing. All 3 bags where wood chips only nothing was broken down and none of my plants grew with any of the mixes. My succulents where dormant for ober 6 months with their soil and once I changed it the problem was resovled. Gromor soil experts does not know anything about creating a proper mix. They should sell it as garden mulch and not aoils to be used in pots or for growing food.

Poor customer relationship - no feedback on complaint registered.
On 8th Oct I submitted a complaint to Gromor regarding their poor sifting quality on a lawn dressing I had purchased from a nursery. There were unacceptable lumps in the bags. I attached photographs as proof. I would have expected some kind of response from them acknowledging the problem and any remediation to avoid a re-occurrence. To date not even the courtesy of a reply. Very poor customer service from a company I have always rated highly. A certain "Bryan" refers.
